Berita NAWEM
|
Ladies, How do you like this new look of our monthly bulletin? Berita NAWEM is to keep all members informed of what’s happening in our Association, to disseminate information about your products and services and just to keep in touch with each other. Sorry to have missed the SWEPA-Members Day event but I was away in Ottawa, Canada, representing NAWEM at the Women Leaders Network Meeting and APEC SME Business Forum and Ministers Meetings from 12th-22nd September. Other Malaysian representatives were Datuk Nor Azah Awin, Chairman of FEM (Federation of Women Entrepreneurs Associations of Malaysia), Mohaiyani Shamsudin, President, PENIAGAWATI and Kalsom Abdul Rahman, CEO SMIDEC. I strongly encourage every member to actively participate in NAWEM events. They are arranged for our benefit so please take advantage of it. I hope to see more members attending our activities in the future! As we are in the last Quarter of the year, please come up with ideas and suggestions as to the type of activities and programs that you would like NAWEM to organise in 1998. Please send to the Secretariat no later than 8th October 1997. See you at the next NAWEM do!
