1. We are contractors and fabricatores of Hot and Cold Insulation Works. We provide materials and labour for in-situ site installation, and machine fabricated ready to use Fabric Insulation Jackets and Paddings. |

Fabric Insulation Jackets & paddings are very user friendly when compared to conventional Jackets made from Aluminium and stainless steel. Also cuts and abrasions are eliminated, Fabric Jackets can be customised and are especially useful in difficult exterior envirnments because of its exceptional resistance to weather, chemicals and impact. Other advantages include ease of installation, long life, fire resistance, does not fade in prolonged use, does not dent and non-toxic qualities. |

Metal Expansion Joints are avaialble for AXIAL, LATERAL, ANGULAR and IN COMBINATION (UNIVERSAL) Movements. The Convolution in the Bellows are made of two or more layers of Austenitic steel with regards to movement, pressure, temperature, service life and corrosion. Fabric Expansion Joints are made of layers of different fabrics, insulation and metal wire & foils. The combination depends on the design parameters, i.e., the temperature, pressure and the flow rates of the gases and the amount and abrasiveness of solids suspended in the gases. |

We provide ready set up units or knock down field assembled units. The incinerator is featured with insulated, air cooled walls, Split Guillotine Door, Suspended in air design, "V Joint" refractory lining, Water Spray wash to scrub flue gases for better emmision control. Capacity ranges from 0.35 cu m to 1.7 cu m, larger units and pathological units are also available. |
